For each condition (temperature, pH, etc.) we show here the number of entries within a particular sub-database. [Standard] is the concentration of labelled standard peptide in an assay. Likewise, [competitor] is the concentration of competitor peptide within a competition assay. [peptide] is the concentration of peptide in a kinetic experiment. The Method category refers to a standard procedure used to perform a particular assay. Differences in the number of recorded data, relative to figures in Table 1, arise primarily from the omission of key details from particular papers. Archiving of experimental conditions is on-going.
